Ethan DeRose-Travia is a cellist/music tutor located in the tri-state area.

Ethan has been studying music since he was eight years old. As a young child, Ethan was passionate about sharing his gift with others. Ethan played with the Ridgewood Symphony Orchestra as well as New Jersey Symphony Youth Orchestra where he played at venues including the NJPAC and Carnegie Hall. 

Along with playing in larger orchestras, Ethan has played at weddings, art galleries, church services, and other private events.

As a Music Performance major at Montclair State University, Ethan played with the MSU Symphony Orchestra. However, after experiencing the happiness that music brought to children from teaching private one-on-one lesson and teaching general music in private schools, Ethan is now finalizing his degree in Music Education.
